Big Girl Bed
Last night was the first night Isabelle slept in her big girl bed......she did fantastic. Not a peep from her all night long. We should have done this months ago. Since she came home, she has never been a good sleeper. We tried everything. She finally (after about 6 months of being home), would go to sleep in our bed and Ryan would bring her to her crib when we went to bed. Most nights this went fine, some nights she would wake up on the way and then forget about it. Tuesday night we had a terrible night (mommy had a melt down along with Isabelle...it wasn't pretty). Wednesday morning daddy must have had enough, because I got a call from work that Isabelle was going to sleep in her big girl bed from now on. Night 1 - a huge success. Let's hope it stays that way. I will keep everyone posted on her progress. (Just an FYI - mommy is much happier when she sleeps thru the night!!!)

What a big girl! (And I'm glad to hear everyone is sleeping better.) Mary Joyce went to her big girl bed a few months ago, and was doing fine with it, except that she learned to climb in Katherine's crib (see my blog). We've had to put the side back on her crib for now so that no one gets hurt. (They share a room.)
