Easter

Easter Sunday was a busy day for us. We went to church in the morning (Miss Isabelle sat thru the whole service, and actually did very well!!). We then went to Grandpa and Grandma Kooiker's house for dinner, and then to Grandpa and Grandma Start's for supper. We had a great time at both!

Before we left for church we were getting into the car and Cooper yells "the Easter bunny was here", and in our front lawn (still covered in snow) were at least 2o Easter eggs. I thought to myself "wow - Ryan must have thrown those out there before he left for work". So, on the way to church I called him, and he said he had nothing to do with it - and thought that I did it. OK - so now we're both wondering where the mysterious eggs came from. Throughout the day we asked all of our family members, all of whom denied it. When we got home later that night, Cooper and Isabelle ran through the yard and picked them up. They were filled with candy, and since we didn't know who left them I took them away from the kids. Let me tell you, I was not a very popular mom for the next few days.

Later that week, I was talking to Kendrah (our neighbor across the street), and in the midst of talking to her found out that she left the eggs!!! So, thank you to the DeYoungs - and I finally let the kids have the candy!!

Hi Ya'll!
Jaiden says Hey too - she loves checkin in on "My Belle" and "Coopa" She said "That's my pretty Belle" when she saw Isabelle in her pretty Easter dress.

Thats a cute and funny story about the eggs...what a neat idea and a sweet thing for your neighbor to do!

Love the Easter pictures! :-) That is too funny about the eggs. I would have reacted the same way.
