We have a bus people

When I worked at McDonalds that is what the store manager would yell when we would get a bus(I think Ryan has yelled this from time to time too!!!).....and we were supposed to immediately man our stations. This is what I wanted to yell to all the wonderful Poll workers today when I went to vote. We live in the same precinct as 98% of all GVSU students - the time I thought would be a good time to go vote was the same time the University started to bus their students in to vote!! I was parking when the 2 buses pulled up and the "herd" started to immerse. I thought about running (for about 3 seconds - I had my good heels on), then I just decided to join them.....I should have taken those darn shoes off and booked it!! I stood in the midst of college kids for just over and hour....all of them were very friendly, voting for the wrong guy, but friendly!!
Enough said!!

I know what you mean, every parking lot is full here. Its nice to see a good turnout this year...even if the wrong guy is winning. There's always hope. I can't stop watching, I try to pull myself away but always check back every few minutes. That's a cute story, thanks for sharing!

I just found your blog, and we live in the same town. I also arrived as a bus pulled in, but I am lucky enough not to be in that precinct! I think they need to put the college in it's own precinct.
