EIGHT!!!!!!

Cooper turned eight years old on December 30th!! EIGHT......UNBELIEVABLE. Is he not the most handsome boy you have ever seen?!!

I always feel he is getting the shaft because his birthday is so close to Christmas. This year family came over, he got a few gifts and had cupcakes!! His big party will be in a few weeks (with Izzy's...again, he's kind of getting the shaft huh?)

It seems, all of the sudden he's not a little boy anymore. He is growing up way too fast. He's playing video games, he wants privacy, and has actually had a pretty smart mouth in the past few months. He still however, is the sweetest - most affectionate, kind, compassionate child I know. He truly thinks of others first, is sooooo patient with his sister (92% of the time), and best of all is that he loves his mommy and daddy- and still thinks we're pretty darn cool!!

My sweet boy - we think you are the best, and you are more than "pretty darn cool", and we are sooo very proud to be your mom and dad.
